Created for Mat Pringle’s “Linocut Coven”, an online printmaking exhibit on the theme of “Witches”. Featuring a crew of folklore and mythology inspired printmakers, hand picked by Mat Pringle.

From my library research I found out that printmaking actually made it worse for women by making the idea of evil witches more widespread. This made me decide to use printmaking to make a more positive depiction of witches.

Each linoprint is hand burnished, which means there will be a certain amount of texture and variation to each print.

A Certificate of Authenticity will come with each linoprint.

The paper dimensions are 25 x 25cm (9.8 x 9.8 inches).

The artwork dimensions are 19 x 19cm (7.5 x 7.5 inches).

Limited edition of 25, each numbered and signed.

Hand printed linoprint on 300gsm Arches hot pressed paper.

Shipped in a cellophane sleeve with a backing board for protection.
